Refund policy

Damaged Items

While not typical, merchandise damage can occur during transit. Should your order arrive damaged, a replacement item will be shipped out in a timely fashion or a full refund will be provided if the item is no longer available. Please send photos of the damaged item to lakemistandlabrador@icloud.com

 

Returns

Returns will accepted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be made to original method of payment, not including shipping & handling fees. Return labels will be deducted from the original payment. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, unless the item received is damaged.
